Extra soft idli- 6 Steps


*Black gram or urad dal -1cup [levelled]
*fried rice powder -3cup [levelled]
*curry leaves - a few
*salt and water - as required

1.Wash and soak urad dal for 6 hours.
2.Grind it well. 
3.Take the rice powder in a bowl and mix it with some water.
4.Grounded urad add into this paste and add curry leaves and salt 
   and add some more water as needed to have a fairly loose batter. 
5.Leave this 6-8 hour for fermentation. 
6.Then pour the batter into the well greased pre-heated idli moulds and cook for 5-7 minutes . 

Extra soft idli is ready and serve it with sambar or chutney.
